Hi rerik, Are you sure this is a firmware issue and not a hardware issue? Yes, your image shows a display error while the control panel is visible. Have you tried running a runtime project? Does this display error occur there as well? The same goes for installed applications like Firefox or File Manager. Is the error visible there? It cannot be a general problem as none of the panels I have updated show an error like yours. You can check the current boot loader version on your device and make a note of it's version. Then update the boot loader and try again. If the display error occurs during the boot loader update, your device probably has a hardware problem and needs to be repaired. However, even if updating the boot loader solves your problem, you should contact technical support to inform them of the problem. Kind regards |

Hi Erik,
From your description, this appears to be a bug. However, this is not a common problem and is probably not yet known to the developers. So unless you report your problem to technical support, it may not be fixed in a future release. So please create a support request. It may be helpful to the community to know the device type and article number of your panel. Kind regards |
