Hello PREETISH KANAGALI, Yes of course both STEP 7 v11 and WinCC v11 is compatible with both 32 bit and 64 bit MS Windows 7 OS. Check the compatbility of the correct MS Windows 7 version (home / professional / ultimate) from here - Compatibility tool

Windows 7 Home Premium is only compatible with Step7 Basic not Professional. SO if you have professional can not use Windows 7 Home Premium.

STEP 7 Professional / Basic V11 SP2 has been released for use under the following 32-bit operating systems:

Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium (with or w/o SP1) (only STEP 7 Basic)
Microsoft Windows 7 Professional (with or w/o SP1)
Microsoft Windows 7 Enterprise (with or w/o SP1)
Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate (with or w/o SP1)
Microsoft Windows 2003 Server R2 Standard Edition SP2 (only STEP 7 Professional)
Microsoft Windows Server 2008 Standard Edition SP2 (only STEP 7 Professional)

The download from Industry Online Support Portal is not suitable for new installations (e.g. to Windows 7 64-bit). You require the STEP 7 Professional V11 SP2 Trial DVD (order no. 6ES7822-1AA01-0YA7), or, in the case of STEP 7 Basic the STEP 7 Basic V11 Single -> Floating License update (order no. 6ES7822-0AA01-0YC5) instead.
