Hi to all!

I have a machine with S71500 and TIA SCADA Professional (V14).

For remote access, I have eWon Cosy on site. I can do everything remotely with S71500; i can also connect remotely to a PC with scada, f.e. with remote desktop (VNC viewer), but I can not figure out, how to download SCADA  remotely. Is this even possible?

I know, that it is possible with SCADA Advanced, but i do not have any success with SCADA Professional...

Does anybody have any idea, how to do it???

I have the same need - download to WinCC v16 RT remotely, via an ewon located on customer's site.

Hi, there!

It is a little bit tricky with e-Won, but I think, it goes also with that.

The trick is in Simatic shell Communication settings (as Murof already wrote)

In field "multicast proxy", input one of f following IP addresses and try:

- try with IP address of e-won (IP address of e-won on remote (target) network)

- or with IP address of your target PC

And also, increase parameter "TTL" on the same screen.

I did it a year ago, and it worked. But, i must admit, that I have forgotten, which IP address was the right one; . . Unfortunately, this plant is currently off-line, and I can not try and confirm, which one was correct (that is why I wrote "or").
