TIA Selection Tool 2015.3.0.15887 doesn't start

Hello everybody,
despite my age I still haven't learnt the lesson and I answered "yes" to the TIA selection tool update request.

Result (being about 6000 km far from home) is the message "selectiontool.exe is not a a valid Win32 application".

What??? I know I'm using XP which is no longer supported, but version previously installed (I don't remember exactly which one but for sure it was 2015.3.0.xxxxx) was working flawless.

Any suggestion or, maybe, anyone knows where can I download TIA older versions?

please check the downloaded file if it have the correct size.

This message occurrs when the download was faulty or damaged.

Then the executable give this message.

Show the icon on the executabel, is it SiemensLike(blue wit letters) or e empty icon?

Hello Christoph,
I already checked that: the icon is correct and I can read all the file properties without any problem.

I also thought about some kind of corruption, but the zip file can be opened normally and doesn't report any error.
