TIA v11 FACEPLATES

Hello guys,

I am using step 7 TIA v11. I already have a project with some screens. However, I am getting challenges finding a place to create faceplates. I also need to know where I can always find the faceplates already present in the project. Someone please advise.

here is how you can find all faceplates used in your project: 

• Go to the "Project library" and right-click on your faceplate.
• Click on "Library Management" in the context menu.
• A new editor view opens.
• Click on your faceplate on the left of the editor window.
• Click on the relevant version of that faceplate in the middle of the editor window.
• Whether this version of that faceplate is used in the project is visible in the columns "Instance in the project" and "Path".
• You can click on the path to go to the local place of use.

I use WinCC V13 SP1, but the basics should be the same in V11. 
Faceplates are a bit different between Advanced and Professional.
