TIA V12 Installation Problem

But then it showed that "an error happened while trying to install it". Please what could be the problem Thank you in advance. Tomy

The logfile is not from a install only from a extract of the downloaded files for Install. During download a file was corrupted so pleased download again the files. Regards Christoph
