I have installed TIA V11 SP1 & TIA V12 software on Windows 7 Sp1 successfully a month ago on my pc. Bothwere working fine. But from last few days, I could not be able to open V12 software and it gives an error " Application has encountered a problem and needs to close. Would you like to restart the application?" (see attachment). But V11 SP1 is working fine in the same pc. I have also tried to resolve the issue by reinstalling the software, but problem remains same. Please help me. Is this in any particular order. i.e, must the updates be done according to the order your wrote them? |
