hello.

my problem is, i can not use ktp700 with tia v13.

i downloaded TIA_Portal_V13_HSP.zip (691,5 MB)

but i cant added support package.

gave me this warning "the support packages cannot be installed because essential requirements are not met".

is there any angel in the forum who is will help me? :)

WinCC V13 in TIA already has the KTP700 as standard. You will see it under 7" HMI panels when you add a new HMI device for your project.

What are you trying to do exactly? Create an HMI project or create a link to your PLC project?

Consider also to ensure you have TIA Portal V13 SP1 Update 9 or TIA Portal V13 SP2 installed. It has nothing to do with your "problem" but you will get the best functionality.

yes i see that ktp700, but its 6av2123-2ga03-0ax0 is not exist there.

i must be mpi connection. existing ktp700 has profinet connection.

Sorry, I was wrong.
(I am guessing you have TIA13 without SP)

You must upgrade your software. The same license you use now will work. Getting TIA Portal V13 SP2 will be the least hassles. (available for download as a trial version)
