It wont load the XML configurations properly. Initially I think this was due to an apostophy in my Windows username, this has since been corrected. But I need to repair the initial install of SeCon. When running the application from a TIA install disk, it says the program cannot be installed independently. Any Ideas? Or am I facing fresh install on a blank OS
