TIA V13 SP1 error during conversion

This time the problem is this : 1) I made one project with Scout 4.3 2) I converted it (with the great help of ChristophD) @ version V13 (Scout 4.4) 3) I installed it on the machine and all was OK (except the tech alarm that appear but there is written "no text available" instead the correct alarm information... If sum1 has an idea about this it will be appreciated). 4) Ok. Today I downloaded the mighty SP1 for WinCC 13, TIA 13 and Start Drive 13. All is upgraded to SP1 5) I try to open the project I migrated at point #2 and I get two options: convert to SP1 or open normally. 6) I try to convert it and I get the attached error (see jpg). 7) I don't convert it and I get an internal error that asks me to restart TIA. I restarted my computer, same problem. I tried to open a simple PLC program with 3 inverters (G120), so no Simotion was used. That program was made with TIA V13. Again the same choice : upgrade or open... In this case I don0t have an error log, but just a crash error that asks me to restart TIA and/or send report to Ziemenz. ChristophD Grandmaster-Expert Joined: 5/12/2006 Last visit: 4/17/2025 Posts: 22620 Rating: (3060)	Hi, deinstall SIMOTION Scout TIA V4.4. HF2. This Version is not compatible with V13.0 SP1 and the reason for your troubles. At the moment there ist no SIMOTION Scout TIA Version available which is compatible with TIA V13 SP1. PLCSIM), Safety, WinCC and Startdrive must be updated to the same version (V13 SP1). SIMOTION SCOUT TIA also must be updated toversion V4.4 HF5. If the versions differ, the TIA Portal can no longer be started. Please ensure that you have the Service Packs for these products on hand before you begin with the installation. http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/105825934

Sezgin Posts: 8 Rating: (1)	I try to convert simotion vchar sample program (Hydraulic valve chahracteristic) to sout44 and also WinCC flexible 2008 to WinCC13. I want to try with V13sp1 too.. I'm waiting forto disappearto be released shortly writing....since Jan 21... Also V13 Upd06 has too many bugs while downloading,downloading in run mode, compile, compile winCC tags i hope Sp1 will solve some of them...
