Hi,

As from TIA V15 it is possible to display the “initial value” that triggers supervision (S7-Graph and S7-ProDiag supervisions on the HMI), that means it is possible to identify which was the cause that triggers a ProDiag supervision.

In the PLC Code Viewer object there is an additional button that toggles between the actual value monitoring and the “prints screen” in the moment of the fault trigger. The relevant contacts to the trip are marked in red.

The alarm shows also the tag that trigger the alarm.

A new object (Criteria Analysis) list the sequence of the tags / values that triggers the alarm too.

Here there are the configuration main steps related just to adding the criteria analysis in the attached ProDiag sample program:

PLC Side:

• Right-click the ProDiag function block and select "Properties..." from the shortcut menu.
• The properties dialog box of the ProDiag function block opens.
• Select version V2.0 in the "General > Block" tab.
• Click on the "Attributes" tab.
• Activate the "Initial value acquisition (for criteria analysis on HMI devices)" option.
• Click "OK".
• Compile and download the user program.

HMI Side:

• Runtime settings > Alarms > Criteria Analysis: changes to Extend Text (e.g. Alarm Text), select the parameters (e.g. all).
• TagTable: create a new internal tag, Wstring, size 50 (in our example, Aux_PLCCodeViewerAnalysysCretereaControlTag)
• Drag and drop the Criteria Analysis object to the screen. In its properties (General > Process>Tag) link the open created tag
• In Alarm View Object, link the same tag to the property: Properties > Display > Control Tag for criteria analysis > Tag.
