TIA V16 Error: MC-Interpolator OB92 - Events to be queued: The value must be between 1 and 1

All,

I have a V15 project that is currently being upgraded to V16.  Compiling changes and all works on V15 are fine and has been in service for years with many changes.

Today I am upgrading to V16.  Initially the project conversion is fine, showing MC-Interpolator OB92 event queuing as 1 under the "events to be queued"

In V16 if I compile software (only changes) it compiles fine without error.

In V16 if I compile software (rebuild all) it compiles with and error. "MC-Interpolator OB92 - Events to be queued: The value must be between 1 and 1".  When inspecting the MC-Interpolator OB92 block properties the events to be queued has been changed from 1 to 2, causing the error.  In V15 original file events to be queued is 1, after V16 upgrade is 1, after compiling software changes is 1, after compiling software rebuild all is 2 and not able to be changed (locked block)

After this point the file it not able to be corrected (or I am not smart enough to figure out how).

I have to go back to the original file and start over.  Compiling software (rebuild all) creates this issue over and over.  I have rebooted, checked for V16 updates, closed V16 and reopened without success.  Please help.

File has only qty 4 - G120C drives that are using the motion control.  These are configured very basically for a conveyor application, speed control only.  MC-Interpolator OB92 is version 1.0.  CPU is 6ES7510-1SJ01-0AB0 V1.8 firmware.  Due to this error I cannot risk deploying V16.  I have considered upgrading the CPU firmware but wanted to request support first.

upgrading from V15 to V16 is normally no problem.

"Your 1510F PLC has firmware V1.8 and when I do a change device to V2.8 all compiles but when I change back to the old FW1.8 there  are lot of messages that this 1510 FW1.8 does not support.

I noticed that you where also using the old Motion blocks like the project was migrated from an older version of TIA portal. This gave me the clue.

I also put the FW zip file in the file share you can download to upgrade your 1510 to V2.9.2 even though you can only select FW V2.8 in the device configuration. You get to enjoy the benefits of the latest FW."

Upgraded FW to latest, migrated, changed CPU FW revision as noted above and recompiled fine.
