I need fit /for v17/ fw in my KTP700 basic panel.....I have panel images installed,I can see this image in images directory KTP700_V17_00_00_00....but tia tells me that panel image missing....

Where is the problem...Thanks a lot...

Have you installed all the images through DVD3 or just the KTP700 image?

Please, send a screenshot of the error message displayed, maybe we can know why this happens.

Thanks....I change panel to v16....and in Tia V17 I updated FW and it found image v16 without problem and update without problem....so I will use v16 in tia v17......

but still I woud like to know why v17 does not work....maybe updates solve it.....

I would bet that there is something in the installation of TIA Portal v17 that has not been done correctly. Specifically the images. If you could start from a clean OS and install v17 again, it would be recommended.

hola, yo tuve el mismo problema estaba creando una pantalla en tia portal v17 y al momento de cargar el programa me daba el mismo fallo, en mi caso la solucion fue buscar en la pantalla (HMI KTP700 Basic) que tipo de version tenia que era v15.01 y revise en mi programa, el problema era porque habia ingresado la pantalla con V16.0 desde el tia portal, la solucion fue no mas actualize la version desde el tia portal que mostraba la pantalla y de ese modo me dejo cargar la imagen.

Solo comparto mi experiencia de ese fallo por si a alguien mas le llega a ocurrir,cabe resaltar que tenia todo el sowtfare TIA PORTAL V17.

Hello, I had the same problem. I was creating a screen in tia portal v17 and when I loaded the program it gave me the same error. In my case, the solution was to look on the screen (HMI KTP700 Basic) for what type of version it was v15.01 and I checked in my program, the problem was because I had entered the screen with V16.0 from the tia portal, the solution was to just update the version from the tia portal that showed the screen and that way it let me load the image.

I only share my experience of that failure in case it happens to someone else, it should be noted that I had all the TIA PORTAL V17 software.
