Hi, The gray color for Ethernet cables indicates "no diagnostic capability". This is neither good nor bad. Unlike PROFINET RT communication, communication to the HMI is not monitored. The status of the Ethernet cable displayed in your case depends on how your PLC is connected to the system. If you are using X1 P2 of your Unified Comfort Panel, the color should be light green. Also, if the cable is connected to the wrong port, the Ethernet cable should turn red in the topology view. Kind regards |

I am the author I solved the problem The intention of the question was originally that the communication between HMI and PLC was not possible due to the cause of the gray cable Apart from the gray cable, the date after the time of the PLC certificate had to be entered on the touch As soon as I entered it was in communication ,but I connected it to port X1 P2 of HMI, but the line color remained gray Anyway, I'm in communication, so I'll use it as it is unless it's a problem in the future
