Hey All

Greetings from this side. I have quarries regarding Control Symbol library and Graphics Lib. 
I have designed a SCADA On V17 Professional but unable to add Animation of Flash Mode on the graphics  got form Library file. Mean while on other hand while adding animation property flash mode and some animation properties are not available.

Also if i need to download it please share link for the control library file too.

For more clarity  I am attaching file for reference.
