Hi ToniVK, In this case, the first thing I think you should check is the following: - When trying to simulate a Unified Comfort Panel, the Unified PC Runtime has to be additionally installed on the device. If the Unified PC Runtime is missing on your system, you can find the downloadlink in following SIOS entry: "SIMATIC WinCC Unified PC Runtime V19 Simulation & Trial": https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/109820988 I understand that this is installed from what you indicate, right? - It would be helpful if you could attach a screenshot of the installed versions and the operating system you are working with. - Please attach a screenshot of the error. - Attach a screenshot of the Unified Runtime Manager to see the status of the project. - Does the same thing happen with any project you try to simulate or just with one in particular? Could you create a very simple panel project and try to simulate it? We look forward to your feedback! |

Hello ToniVK you could try to check if you have set up your certificates correctly: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/de/en/view/109806850 If this do not work You shuld create a Service Request at Siemens Support. Seems that something is not OK with your installation Bye Murof |
