TIA (WinCC) systematical crash when browisng variables

Dear all, I am really afraid but my TIA V13 SP1 crashes when I try to assign a variable to an I/O field in the HMI. I have one S71200 and one KTP700 and I made lot of pages with buttons/icons/IO fields, like every day. Today, after working in my PLC , I made a new page and I tried to create a new I/O field. So I browse the PLC variables and tia (wincc) freezes, and after a while pops out the crash report. I tried to close/open, reboot windows (it is Win7 Sp1) , ecc ... no way. I opened an old version of my project and the result is the same ... Omg, panic !! Attached there is the crash report, hoping that a PRO guy can help me, because it seems a very bad problem.
