Hi all,

I am using TIA V15.1 updt 4 with Wincc Integrated. 

I am having issue with graphics and graphic view. 

I have taken some graphics which are made by me and I added in the graphics view everything is ok if I save my project and open it the graphics is still there. 

The issue is that once I check in my local session into the multi user server project and then re open the project all the graphics are gone and a Red Cross Appears in the place of the graphics

I have also tried to Add a folder in the Graphics Section of the TIA portal where all my images are stored and then tried to just drag and drop the graphics in the screen but it did not work.

I read that updating the software might help but it is already updated to updt4

Couldn't it be a problem of library ? Are the faceplates you are using in your screens also well pushed to the multi user project ?

 Hi Chulien.

I checked there are no faceplate used in the screen and this is for multiple screen. 

I also check the image format and tried to compare it with the image which I can "check in" in multi user server, I could not find any difference.

First we need to know do you have WinCC Comfort/Advanced or a WinCC Professional RT Project?

- For WinCC Prof look at  this LINK

- for WinCC Basic/Comfort/Advanced its quite the same. If you add a Graphic the Graphic has to be added in the Graphic Library of the Project. This global Informations you cannot use with Multiuser Server. So if you want to Check in only the Screen change will be checked in and the new Graphic in the Library will not be checked in (because ist not supportet).

-->> So If you want to Add new Graphics in the Project do this in the Server View/Session!
