At installing TIA13 the installation aborts with the same message.. Can you help me with this? I saw you've been solving this topic more than once.. In attachment you'll find the log files. Kind regards, E. (Barry) Budding

Hello, I recommend to copy the STEP 7 DVD on the hard disc first and after start the installation with the exe file from the hard disk again. Further see the informations of the FAQ in refer to installation rquirements: http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/50204569 With best regards |

Our upgrade to v13 failed also...did you get your problem resolved?? thx Mike I attached the SIA file & some errors I received....tried the upgrade several times..still fails..not sure if it is a conflict with other software installed on our pc?
