TIA18 wincc professional server and 2 clients - how to make it join domain?

How to make the transition as painless as possible? What ports does TIA need to run? What antivirus software is allowed - i assume that on access scanning of the files should not be allowed by the antivirus as the file might be locked by the antivirus when wincc wants to use it - is that right? Also original local accounts will be wiped and only domain used - are some local accounts not mandatory ? Please share what problems you had in this setups as i understand can vary from domain to domain. Regards
