RandyMarsh Posts: 12 Rating: (0)	Hello All, My system : Windows 7 Proffessional 64 Bits Tia portal V12 Sp1 i'm trying to connect to plc via TiaPorttal . Online&diagnostics => Accessible Devices but i have an error in a pop up window. Error Message is : (0140-017088) Online: Cannot load the selected communication driver ; file not found.

(in network) Hi Randy, in the hardware configuration of your cpu set an ip address, for example: 192.168.0.3 (subnet mask: 255.255.255.0), now configure an ip address in the same range (for example 192.168.0.2) for your programming device. Jens_app Gold Member Joined: 1/5/2011 Last visit: 3/13/2025 Posts: 815 Rating: (123)	If that doesn't work, go towindows control panel, go to set pg/pc interface set your access point to S7ONLINE -> TCP/IP(auto) and select the correct interface parameter.Alse make sure that in services (from windows) the service "SIMATIC IEPG Help Service" is started (if it isn't right click and start). hope this solves it kind regards, Jens
