TiaPortal V13 SP1 can't transfer to IPC277D

Hi all,

I'm using TIA Portal V13 SP1 to transfer application to an IPC277D by Ethernet.

The transfer was working few months ago, i reinstalled the TIA Portal on my machine for others reasons. So now i'm not able to transfer from TIA Portal to the IPC. I've setup everything on IPC like static ip address, i'm on the same network, the PG/PC interface is setup and verified 10 times on both side, the runtime version on the IPC is V13 but it is supposed to be compatible. The runtime is launched and all authorizations have been made.I can ping the IPC from the the console with TIA without problem.

So when i'm in the TIA Portal Extended download to device window, i can't reach the IPC both with the configured IP address and manual adressing. I have always the "Failed to establish a connection to the device with the address xxx.xxx.xx.xxx.

I tried also to remove the firewall on IPC to be sure but i still have the same problem. I tried with different TIA Portal console and also different network configuration, also change ports on the IPC but no way. So the problem could coming from TIA or the IPC but what ?

If someone could help solving this problem because i don't have more idea ? Maybe there is a trick or an hidden check box ?

Hello,

is tia installed on the IPC or on another PC?
You can check if TIA Find anything in the network with "Find accessible nodes".
you can start this from the Button on the top or from the Online Access entry with your used Networkcard in the projectthree.

Is there found anything in the List?

Thank you for your answer. The TIA Portal is located in an other machine (not IPC), i use it on both desktop PC and laptop.

The IPC contains only the runtime.

I tried the access online but i found nothing.

I don't know really what happened with this IPC because i was able to reach it before without any problem.

I tried again the online access function and i can see the IPC recognized on access devices but the problem is still the same when i want to connect to transfer the application.

It's for panels, but much is the same on PC.
You have to follow it step by step, because often it's a little something one takes as given.
It did help me very much from time to time.
