I'm newbie with this but i try to explain. I am wondering why the color definitions of 1_b_2 work wrong when running even thought both, 1_b_2 and 1_b_3 are made from same faceplate V0.0.9. Plc program is make similarly in both(at least it would seem). So, is it even possible that the control made with the same faceplate would make it work differently in different places or does the wrong function come after all from plc program?.

If you use the same faceplate the different instances of the same faceplate will behave in the same way. This is the base of objects.

If the interface to the faceplate is different (PLC code is different but relying on the same UDT or same variables type) then you may experience differences but only because the PLC program is doing different thigs. If you use FB instances interface to the V0.0.9 faceplate, you don't have to face any difference: nor in HMI, nor in PLC.
