TIAv12 Wincc simulation not connecting

Josh Elliott Posts: 204 Rating: (29)	Hello experts, I am facing a strange problem,let me explain the procedure. 1.Made the logic and downloaded into the s7-1214c-no errors 2.took a hmi comfort panel and created a basic screen with the external tags-no errors but the problem here is when i turned on the simulation,everything was okay with no error.but its not connecting to the plc program.i've copied the same project ,opened and executed without any corrections in another laptop of mine.everything fine.but with my new samsung laptop am facing this problem.i have reinstalled the software but no results.please help me out ps;not only this projects previous projects also opening without any errors but simulation is not connecting to the program.....find my screen shot in attachment. thank you Attachment Untitled.jpg (226 Downloads)

0_Einstein Diamond Expert Joined: 7/7/2010 Last visit: 2/14/2025 Posts: 15653 Rating: (2477)	Is it isolated to this one program simulation, or, is it very every project? What settings in control panel \ pg/pc interface are selected? Can you "ping" the plc from your windows computer?
