Help!

I have a SIMATIC PC Station running WinCC V13 Professional and I need to generate a sound in Windows when the alarm annunciator tag is active. I created a scheduled task that executes every 250ms when the alarm annunciator tag is active but the HMI loses focus because Windows Media Player is playing the sound file every 250ms.

I basically can't do anything in the computer while the scheduled task is running because Windows Media Player keeps popping up every 250ms. Any ideas on how to run Windows Media Player on the background? Or any other ideas on how to generate a sound in Windows based on my alarm annunciator tag?

Here is the script I am executing every 250ms:
