i am working on project where im using WinCC tia portal v17 (pc system-RT Advanced)

and i want to create VBscript. in this script i want time delay between execution of lines 

like in fist line i want to check

if my tag value is = (anything) then

after 2 min 

my perticuler bit should be on 

can anyone tell me how to use timer function in VBscript or how to archive time delay in VBscript please some body give me some examples or explanation
