I have idea to define clock memory byte and use 1HZ to trigger counter every second, when motor start. Data type of parameter which conting seconds set to UDINT. I think that is good idea. :)

I think that is good idea. :) You can use the combination. RTM for hours, and the clock memory 1 Hz to trigger a counter. When the RTM shows another hour, zero out the minutes/seconds counter(s). Or, just use 3 cascading counters, seconds, minutes, and hours that naturally reset at 60/60/max-DINT hours. I have seen many versions of runtime counters. I think my favorite is the one with run-time as a REAL that counts 1/10 hrs. One counter counts seconds to get minutes. Every six seconds it add 0.1 to the REAL, then rezero's the seconds counter. Be sure and save the data to retentive memory (though I'm pretty sure you already set it that way).

Finally, I decide to use cyclic interrupt to count seconds when come to 60 seconds, I divide DIV with 60 to get working hours and MOD with 60 to get working minutes. Works very well, with little code.

Finally, I decide to use cyclic interrupt to count seconds when come to 60 seconds, I divide DIV with 60 to get working hours and MOD with 60 to get working minutes. Works very well, with little code. Assuming you used a UINT for seconds, that shouldwell outlast your tenure at the company and probably any motor your company might use.

That mean that I need to check the times of working, and turn on motor which have shortest working time. How to check the times (UDINT), what if I have motors with the same working time?

Then need to compare values and in automatic mode turn on motor with shortest working time...When set value reached i need to turn off motor with longest working time. Motors running must be aproximatelly same, it's mean that all motor have the (aproximately) same working time. How to compare that values and check motor with minimum and maximum working time, what if 2 or 3 motors have the same working time?

If you want them equal to the minute, no motor will every run more than a minute before it has to shutdown. This is not very good for a motor to constantly be starting and stopping. I think you want a bit of hysteresis to keep from short-cycling the system of motors. Maybe a day, maybe 8 hours, maybe an hour, but something longer than a minute. Once you get those parameters defined, you can then prioritize by simple math the lineup of the motors. You would only need to update it every few minutes, and only act on it when the currently (longest running motor time - motor at the top of the queue of non-running motors time) > hysteresis time setting.
