dear experts: my WINCC project is a single-user-project.and it didn't use "time synchronization" before(see my document"old synchronization settings") one day i tried to activate the "synchronization via system bus(master,slave)/access point 1",it was no problem, but when i change back to the original settings,it said that this operation is forbidden(see document"time synchronization"),so i can not deactivate the synchronization anymore,i don't know why. how can i cannel the "time synchronization"? Hi, Your diagnose folders should be under "...\Siemens\WinCC\Diagnose", by default "C:\Program Files\Siemens\WinCC\Diagnose"... Best regards, Danielle |
