TimeOut error with Modbus Read Node

Hello, 

I've parametered the IOT2050 with iot2050setup with the internal resistor off, then put this adress twice : 0x0005.

I plug an arduino MKZero on my system with a DB9 plug like this : 

I put this code on my Arduino :

Then, with Node red I've this Node :

and get this error

Hi, 

yes I've completely restart the IOT after setting it up. 

For the wiring, as you can see on the first picture, I put 1 on data+ ( Y for our shield) and 2 on data - ( Z for our shield ).

The strangest thing is that we had a CRC error for a moment on Node red which means the connection worked and after a reboot we got again a time out error.
