Timeout problems

On a couple of occations when I have tried to post in a thread,if I push the 'Create' button before the 'Preview' button, I get a strange error and have to retype my post. On other occations upon pushing the 'Preview' buttonI have received a message saying I am attempting to do something only logged-in users can do, and find myself having to log in again, and retype my post. Short of typing all my queries 'off-line' and cut/pasting, is there a way around this?

In this case you will be logged in your computer with Siemens Automation and Drives until you press "log out" -> no time-outs. To activate the "Permanent Login" follow the steps: Logout first Go to the login page Click on "I would like to remain logged in on this computer until I press "log out"." Check the box at "I would like to remain logged in on this computer with Siemens Automation and Drives until I press "log out". ("Permanent Login")." Click on the "Login" button Login with your user name and password. Note: You need to have cookies enabled in your browser for "Permanent Login".

In the event your post is not submitted, you have a copy of it in the Windows clipboard (RAM) and it will stay there as long as you do not copy something else. Frequent posters to forums use this method to avoid losing their work. Whenever your post does not go throughthis allows you to recover without incident. [8)]

You may also try to use advanced browser, which saves form contents history when you use standard "back" button feature. I know Firefox 2 does this. Up to now it is still in beta phase, but usable http://www.mozilla.org/projects/bonecho/
