Hello Pegaia, The link (https://www.siemens.com/industry/TIAPortalUpdates) is accessible from PC browsers, generally browsers can access Internet via company proxy. The proxy is configured in ControlPanels - Internet Options - Connection Tab - LAN settings (win 7). Opening the link in a browser loads XML file with latest released versions. Somewhat helpful but overall useless. |

Hi, unhappily I don't have much to suggest in this case : there is no setting in TIA Portal to change default proxy... Try to check with yourTI colleagues, if something could be donein your PC orin your TI network. Maybe you could build a VPN to theupdate link, maybe you could setsome "general proxy setting" or something likethat (http://support.automation.siemens.com/BR/view/en/70892408) Else, therealways the alternative tosearch and install updates manually. |
