 install PLCSIM V13 SP1 UPD1 to solve this problem.

É possível criar alguma logica para simular Entradas e Saidas com o PLCSIM V13?

Exemplo:

No S7 a Saída Q0.0 aciona uma bobina que seria um contator de um motor. Para esta saída eu aguardo o retorno de ligado do motor na entrada I0.0, caso tenha a saída em 1 e não tenha o retorno em um determinado tempo minha logica retorna uma falha.

No PLCSIM V13 - Existe alguma maneira de "parametrizar" para que a entrada I0.0 retorne com nível logico 1 após 5 segundos a Q0.0 estiver ativa?
