TIP: Strucs for ET 200SP AI Energy Meter

Hi,

To access the ET 200SP AI Energy Meters data, it is necessary either use DataRecord Acyclic read or IO manipulation.
Both solutions need DataType to work. STEP 7 V13 hasn't this DataType as default.

So, I meant to offer a library of this DataType (attached).

Unhappily it is not revised, so I ask you to be careful and to give me feedback about it.
