I have tried everything with this function . I Received the smtp ip from our ICT department and ask them for mail traffic trough port 25 .

Everything is triple checked but I still always get error 8385. Does anyone know how to solve this ?

the ip address of the smtp mail server is 10.248.13.204

the ict department ensures me that port 25 of the smtp server is open.

Can nobody give an answer to the problem david has. I have the same problem. maybe somebody from siemens can solve this. Why is this error number not mentioned in the help file?
