OB82 may help you to find logical base address of the module
on which the error ocuured.Local parameters of this OB will help
to get more information about the error.The most important parameters
that may help you are:
1-OB82_MDL_ADDR as integer which point to logical base of faulty module
2-OB82_EV_CLASS which shows comming interrupt with B#16#39
or going interrupt with B#16#38
3-OB82_IO_FLAG which indicated type of module (input:B#16#54 ,output:B#16#55
)

this codes may help as simple programming sample, it is draft and will be improved
by spending more time on it.here a module with base address of B#16#16monitored.
indirect addressing can help to check all available modules with less labour on code
writing.think about it.
