Please let me know the procedure to remove a hardware from a existing netpro config and download it to aS7-400 4162PN/DP PLC.

Open hardware configuration

Highlight the hardware you want to delete

Press delete

Check and compile

download to PLC

I did the same but im getting BUS fault error  in the PLCs which were earlier communicating via the deleted  PLC.

 If you have software that is trying to communicate with the deleted HW, of course you will get an error to the diagnostics buffer.
