Tooltip text multiline

Insausti Posts: 150 Rating: (2)	How it is possible to write a "Tooltip text" in several lines, otherwise if text is too long wont appear completed. I try to use the character \n but it doesn't work

Insausti Posts: 150 Rating: (2)	I try without spaces it doesn't work. I also try "\r\n" and to press SHIFT+Enter, which works for Static text, but not for Tooltip text

I have try it with a button on the property "miscellaneous > tooltip text" and the value "Tool\nTip\nText" and it works as you can see at the screenshot. I really dont know which is the problem, ii wrote the text below in miscellaneous, Tooltip text and you can see the result on the pic attached "Enter Start time in the format: DD.MM.YYYY hh:mm:ss\nplease notice that between date and time must be enter a space" Attachment ToolTipText_trouble.JPG (318 Downloads)

But I think to find out your problem the best way is to make it step by step. Therefore I suggest that you should enter in the first time a multiline text without any blanks. In the next step you can try a point and in the next stept a doublepoint and in the next step a blank. Perhaps you can find out why the multiline tooltip text do not work or which sign is responsible for. Amno
