Total Loss of Simatic S7 Floating Licence

gotoy Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Hi All I remember when the software arrived and I opened the box,loaded ontothe laptop and away we went. Four months later the Floating Licence has been totaly lost. Is there any hope? I have the Simatic S7, Step 7 V5.4 SP4 software and a USB with no Floating Licence, only serial number and Lic.No. Cheers.

Look at the links on the right of this page, under Contact you can select Support Request. Fill in the document provided with a basic explanation of your case, ans someone from Siemens shoiuld contact you back promptly. Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier

SIEMENS licences does not work in these cities! I am not sure if it will be your case or not. Please let us know. Regards,
