TP-700 COMFORT FIRMWARE FILE

Dear Sir,

I am having Step-7 Prof V11 and WinCC Prof V11 load into my Laptop, I am using latest TP-700 comfort into my project, when i first download my project into TP a popup message appear for OS update required, i select option OK and update start, suddenly my supply fail, after power up a message appear at the time of booting, factory reset required, after this we try to Factory Reset through Prosave, reset start but soon message appear Factory Reset not possible with this Image File. Kindly suggest what to do, also inform us from where we download latest Firmware image.
