Hi, 

I'm using S7-400 and TP1200 Comfort HMI (TIA Portal V16) panel and would like to add an aditional screen with alarm history (alarm log). 

1. I have TP1200 Comfort panel with 2GB card.
2. I have created Alarmlog in HISTORICAL DATA -> ALARM LOGS (numer of data: 500, Storage location: Storage card SC/LOGS)

I can see this file in CSV on my card with alarm history.

3. I added alarms and warning to alarm log (HMI History -> Log (my alarm_log).
4. I added HMI Screen with Alarm window and on GENERAL chose Alarm log instead of current alarm states.

However I still can't see anything when I open my screen with alarm log on HMI (it's empty). Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

Hi klb,

To be honest I've never experienced this issue before but to my knowledge this kind of  strange behavious may appear when some of the project files located in the IM folder get corrupted.

So I would suggest to follow the steps from below FAQ and check after if there is any improvement.

Step 1 - Created alarm log
Step 2 - Added alarms, warnings nad system into alarm log
Step 3 - Added screen with alarm log

I've changed language on HMI and list separator on comma - now it's working. Thank you for help, topic closed :)
