Hi. Check the following settings. -In the panel: -Check that the transfer mode of the panel it's automatic. -Check the transfer protocol (I recommend Ethernet over PN) and the IP of the panel it's in the same subnet of the PC. -In the en engineering PC: -Cehck that the IP of your PC it's in the same subnet of the panel. Try to perform a ping. -Check the PG/PC settings. Select your network adapter with the protocol TCPIP.1. -In the advanced load menu select the same protocolo that you selected in the panel (Ethernet or PN). Check the FAQ "Why can you not transfer the HMI configuration to the panel?" (https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/88633853), to verify comunication problems. To discard communication problems connect the PC an Panel directly, without any intermediate device. Best regards. |
