TP1200 User administrator fails

We have configurated the authorised access to some elements of the HMI with user-password. In the engineering level, simulating the panel, the user administration works, but when we load the program in the panel and execute the runtime it doesn't work: we put the configured keyword into the password field and press acept and the password popup closes, but the login fails because the program ask for it again. Is there anything more to configure? What could be going wrong?? Thankyou every one for your help.

Murof Platinum Expert Joined: 8/3/2009 Last visit: 3/27/2023 Posts: 10088 Rating: (1336)	Hello NavZilla you have to set the Option to overwrite the User Administration in the Loading Screen. Here you could set a Checkbox for overwriting Data. you have to activate the Overwriting one Time, only if you use it the *.pwx File for User Administration will be transfered to the Runtime System. Bye Murof
