Hello, All. My TP1500 stay in loading boot(lsimatic's logo) and not start Windows. I didn't made any updates etc. And Ethernet connectors everytime lit even without connection. Have you an idea, what can be the reason of this. How to fix it. Thank you. |

Thank you for answer. But I can not connect to HMI. Profinet X1 connectors are lit (also without any connection) and Profinet connector X3 does not lit (even with connection). And there is not ping from my PC to HMI |

Hello, Try to use the description using Prosave. When you 'reset to factory settings', you will have to Boot panel. Then communication will use MAC adres to communicate (No ip-adres) Best regards, Wizard |

I tried to make this. I did enter MAC-address and IP-address. I've got message that connection established. I've got ProSave window, I've pressed "Yes", got suggection to boot HMI and nothing more happens. |

Hello, I guess you boot the panel? But nothing happens. When you panel boots, Prosave is trying to communicate using the MAC adress, perhaps a Virusscanner or Firewall is blocking this communication. Best regards, Wizard |

In this case, I think we write OS.image file to Flash Memory number AT25DF321A should be able to do but requires special tools Is a read-write EEPROM I use this model TP1500 Comport 8 pcs. and encounter problems like yours too Which I am trying to write EEPROM If effective, will update again. |

Just feeding back on the post, my issue was exactly as mentioned by Murof. Activities were being blocked by the company Firewall. It took a bit longer to have visibility on this as it was a global application. Thanks! |

Hello This is always a problem that you often will not be able to clear by yourself. The only thing is to try a reset to factory settings. If this not work... I this case send the Panel to Siemens Repait Center. Murof |
