TP170B mono OS upgrade.

Dear all

I'm new to Siemens panels. I have TP 170B mono panel and I have some problems with it. it freeze when I switch it on. I need to restart it many times then it will work fine.

I need to upgrade the OS but I couldn't find the firmware online and I get lost with internet help. some say you could find it in protool or prosave. 

I need help step by step of where I find the firmware and what should I do.

 Thank you for your reply. does it means that all img files attached in ProSave or WinCC flexible folders?.  Also which document that the attached file token from?.
