TP177A + S7-300 (CPU315 2DP) + robot COMAU, profibus communication problem

Dear All, I have very similar problem. I have a hardware configuration: TP177A + S7-300 (CPU315 2DP) + robot COMAU all connected via profibus. The problem is with sending/receiving signals to robot Hardware configuration is compiled with no error. I uploading some OB (OB1, OB86, OB122) block to S7-300. In OB1 block, I have put 1 network PIB5 - MOVE - MB0 and after upload it to S7-300, SF is red. In Module information I have error access reading OB122 (please find attached file). Removing network 1, everything is ok, S7-300 is green, I'm sure that I have communication with COMAU because when the robot is off I have error BFUS is blinking on red. When the robot is on everything is green. Alsto in hardware online everything is ok. Can any can help, what's is going wrong? where is the problem? Why I can't receive any data from ROBOT COMAU? -------------- New subject after splitting from I / O Access error. Attachment28012015.zip (187 Downloads) |
