alessandro1911 Regular Member Joined: 9/6/2012 Last visit: 3/12/2025 Posts: 21 Rating: (1)	hello i have a tp177b exact code is 6AV6642-0BC01-1AX1 i have problem with calibration procedure, possible they have not correct firmware installed?!? wen i doing the procedure newer finish, not have a menu like save or button ok/cancel all time restart as loop i wold like to know what is the correct .img file to install on this panel

alessandro1911 Regular Member Joined: 9/6/2012 Last visit: 3/12/2025 Posts: 21 Rating: (1)	Hello Wizard thank for answer, i know procedure to reset to factory, i have doing and all sames to before, the calibration procedure have fault, because not have end, i think this application is made for OP177b, not for a TP, i have also doing check, and casually there are sames releases number for both... but here not have a keyboard to push enter at finish procedure. my question is oriented to undestand exact for this panel what is the actual image files to trasfer at panel

alessandro1911 Regular Member Joined: 9/6/2012 Last visit: 3/12/2025 Posts: 21 Rating: (1)	Hello, i have winccflex2008 sp2 upd13, but this is not the question, because the update is possible from prosave. however, if i start S.O. update from wincc or from prosave, after the selection off the panel, they open a file at this path: \WinCC flexible Images\Mobile_OP_TP177B\Mobile_OP_TP177B_V1_1_3_0.img. pls take attention op_tp is possible the firmware is the sames? "the problem is on calibration procedure" of this firmware or i need a different firmware? anyway this not working, because is made for a panel with keyboard

Touch the touch screen to save the calibration values. If you do not touch the screen within 30 seconds, the new calibration values will be discarded" not appear this and not finish the calibration procedure. i have doing update firmware, also with factory reset, also with old firmware version, but the result is the sames, not have end calibration and the touch need to be calibrated
