TP1900 HMI and Sm@rtservice

Choppy Regular Member Joined: 8/19/2008 Last visit: 11/5/2024 Posts: 13 Rating: (1)	Hi, I have been using the MP277 HMI with Sm@rtservice for remote connection and monitoring with no problems. The HMi was programmed through WinCC Flexible. I have now moved over to the TP range (TP1200 and TP1900), programming them with Portal V12. The issue is, I cannot get the Sm@rtservice to work properly. I have ticked Sm@rtservice and HTML pages on the HMI setup and installed the license. I can browse to the HMI and see the file manager. If i try remote control, the webpage does not load, if i try and look at the SD card or file menu, it asks me to log in, but '100' does not work. Am I missing something obvious? Spent most of the weekend on internet trying to find a solution, just off to lie in a darkened room.... Cheers

Is it possible, that someone changed the password? Do you have the effect with both Comfort Panels? regards, Healthcheck
