TP200 not booting

franbel Posts: 27 Rating: (0)	Hello everyone I have this TP200 10" touch that work just fine unitil I upgrade it. I used ProtoolPro until last week then I start using Wincc Flexible 2007. So I use prosave to upgrade my TP200. The upgarde finish with a Completed OK Then the TP2000 reboot and always get stuck with a white screen and in the upper left corner it writen : Bootloader Version 1.3 Date: xx.xx.2003 I dont remember the actual date. It start fine with the progress bar at the bottom then the progress bar is gone and nothing more. I try to get on line with serial cable, MPI and Profibus DP. I cut power long time, short time and many time. I still nothing Anyidea ? Thanks

Did you know this faq -> http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/19701610 The best are you try to use a "Reset to factory setting". Notes the info in the docment under chapter 2.1.2 When this does not help, then i think the panel have a defect. -> Call your local siemens partner. franbel Posts: 27 Rating: (0)	Thanks "The brain" You beat Canada Tech Support. They answers me that my TP270 was defect and that it as to be replace. But I follow your lead and do a factory reset. Every thing is find now. I hold you one. Take care
