TP2200 Data logging (archive/historical data)

Normally I can do archive in historical data but it is depend on time or hmi button (triger). when push hmi button, archive data is saved. it is good. but I don't want to use hmi button. I want to use a PLC bit signal (for exsample m0.0) instead of hmi button. if M0.0(S7 1500) is activated depend on program, archive will saved to data file.

Murof Platinum Expert Joined: 8/3/2009 Last visit: 4/25/2025 Posts: 15355 Rating: (1895)	Hello I´m not sure if I understand your Usecase in the right way... do you want to export your Data logs that is running in the Panels Runtime into a csv file with a PLC Bit as trigger? Then you can use the following FAQ for copying the Log: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/63042926 And for the Trigger use the PLC Tag with the Aquisition Mode "cyclic continous" and use the Event "Value Change". -> The Value Change Event runs every time you get a rising AND a falling Edge on that bit, so so a toogle instead of just set the Bit to HIgh. If product is not acceptable, M0.0 is activated. for exsample, in that time product number is 326 inside of MD100. so I want to archived value of MD100 (326). an other time maybe MD100 is 246 so it is archived if M0.0 is activated. I will take usb and check which numbers are not acceptable. is it possible? I have TP2200 Comfort HMI and TIA Portal wincc advanced V13 SP1 update 9.
