i have an tp700comfort pannel and its my first experience to work with hmi

when i want to download program from pc to hmi i see this error

i'm tried reset to factory and update for several time but they didnt solve my problem

if its posible please help me

I not sure but maybe because there is no any from your HMI transfer ports active try to go and set the IP to transfer your program by using Ether net TCP/IP.

If it is the same comes Try to upgrade your Firmware by using Prosave program

i tried with set the tcp/ip and update the firmware for several times but didnt help

one of my friend told me it happend when the os is not working properly today he want to change the windows of the pannel

if its going alright i will tell you too

does the Error appear only with on specific project or with any Runtime Files you load on the Panel?

Which TIA portal Version do you use?

Which Image Version is installed on the Panel?

i cant download any project even i tried to download an empty project but i cant

One time down load up to 50 persent and after that show the error but at normal the error apear at less than 20 persent of download

i used tia portal v 13

i dont know any thing about image version whats that please explain me
